I meet this issue in a mutilingual website.
I just set up another websitem, the same issue happen.

When I created " Get Start" and "A typical office day Video" via custom html , nothing showed up.

Please help .

Hi

Firstly, please turn off the editor. Go to: "System >> Global configuration", select "Editor – None" for the "Default Editor" field.

In demo for Homepage we used feature intro template style. On your site you are using default template style that does not have these positions.
Kindly use Feature intro template style for Home menu then add module and check.
