    I have just joined and have an issue with my membership. I have sent an email to the “customer service” people straight after joining and another 12 hours later. Now at 24 hours I have had no contact from anyone except for auto replies acknowledging my emails to them.
    Is this normal, because I think that after 24 hours after someone has received your money and can’t even respond to an email so you can get on with your life that this falls into the “no customer service” category.
    Maybe I will get some action by posting here……

    We support our customers through forums. If you have any problem with our templates, you could post your question/request on appropriate forum to get support. Any wrong request should not receive answer. That’s strange that this is your first post with very negative voice.

    If you answered your emails I would not have been a “negative voice”. I posted on the forum only because you ignored my emails that were sent directly to you, and I was becoming homicidal with the lack of response . It has been satisfactorily resolved, so it is no longer an issue. My advice to you is either remove the email “contact us” button, or answer the emails you get in a timely fashion.
    Despite the long wait for you to respond, I thank you for fixing my problem.
