Open the template_css.css file, and try this:

Change:

#ja-headerwrap {
position: relative;
z-index: 10;
}

To:

#ja-headerwrap {
position: fixed;
top:0;
z-index: 10;
}

What happens is everything else is relative to those two item and the whole page moves up. Also the background of the header needs to be white so you can’t what is moving behind it. I also need the navigation to stay fixed. Thanks See Pic

You need to rewrite some parts of the header/nav parts on the template to make this work out.
