Hello. I want to try to develop some sites with your templates and planning to purchase standard one year membership.

The first project will be based on Methys template. Will I have the rights to customize it by changing some CSS, images, site logo and other proprietary code except copyright removal from files?

What is the difference between customization for “my needs” and my “client needs” when i creating site by client order?

Of course you can modify all ( images, files, site logo, etc etc ) except copyright removal from files

You can customize your files as you or your clients needs

I hope I was clear and I hope to have you as our customer soon

Let me know if you have some other doubts.

    Hi Micher
some explanations re: differences between your needs(personal site) and clients needs (commercial)
According to the info here http://www.joomlart.com/member/signup.php under heading Joomla FAQ’s

    The questions:

    Q. I need to customize JA templates for my clients, how can I?

    Jooomlart Answer.
You are required to register/upgrade to JA Developer Membership which grants you permission to customize our templates for your clients.

    Q. Can I customize JA templates to suit my need?
    Jooomlart Answer.
You are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our templates to fit your needs (applicable for JATC Standard membership) or your clients (applicable for JA Developer membership). (highlighting mine)

So, Micher if you are making a web site for a client, you must buy a developer membership, if only for yourself then it seems a standard membership is all you need
