Hi,

I pay a Joomlart.com copyright removal and i change the file pluginssystemjat3jat3base-themesdefaulthtmlmod_footerdefault.php follow the instruction, But when i update the new JA T3v2 System Plugin for J25 & J31 Actualización Plugin 2.6.5 system Sitio http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/j16/plg_system_jat3.xml.

All my changes are lost and have the default Copyright, follow your instruction i prove to copy the file default.php to my custom folder templateja_universityHTMLsystemjat3jat3base-themesdefaulthtmlmod_footerdefault.php but this one not override.

How i can override this file for not change when i update templates or modules?

In copyright removal document ( log into sign up page via http://www.joomlart.com/member/signup.php >> go to Your payment history group at the bottom >> Focus on PDF Copyright Removal column and get that file), we provide instruction to remove it in the proper way.

You should copy that default.php file in t3 plugin folder and copy it to /templates/ja_template_name/html/mod_footer directory and make your own change there. This override will allow you to customize without fear of losing your work when updates of JAT3 plugin appears.

However, the best way is that you should take a BACKUP of file you change before upgrading 🙂
