Hi, web site can’t show Cyrillic characters, they appears as ‘????????’

I have checked phpMyadmin, it is UTF_8_general_ci

Any suggestion except that?

There is no Russian in the list though I have just installed externally but nothing changed.

What do you mean with ‘There is no Russian in the list’ ? You can’t install Russian package?

I just accessed backend of your site and saw that the database collation is not UTF8 as you said: http://prntscr.com/5egl0e

Kindly check the right database again and you can use this tool to change database collation for database of your site: http://www.ostraining.com/blog/joomla/admin-tools-the-quick-and-easy-way-to-database-collation-in-joomla/
