The last month my website breaks and the follow message appears:

“Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL”

To solve the problem email to my hosting staff and they restart the MySQL

To solve to problem I have been asked to update my hosting but the same problem still appears.

Do you have any idea about that?

Additionally I want to mention that the last month I was attacked from unknown thousand users who registered massive.
I have stopped that making registering unable.

Hi

This error message
”Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL”
is quite simple to solve , you have to verify that your configuration.php file contains the correct details to connect to the right database

1 – Host name
2 – Database name
3 – Database user
4 – Database password

If your database is still there then you have to verify these settings
