1. Download quickstart JA Fixel for Joomla 3.2 (03-11-2014)
2. Install with demo contents
3. Extension > Extension Manager > Database

Warning: Database is not up to date!

Database Problem Found:

• Database schema version (3.2.3-2014-02-20) does not match CMS version (3.2.3)

Other Information:

• Database schema version (in #__schemas): 3.2.3-2014-02-20.
• Update version (in #__extensions): 3.2.3.
• Database driver: mysqli.
• 82 database changes were checked successfully.
• 136 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.

Can I click Fix button without problem? (edit: I tried it but nothing happens..)

Any way..

A Joomla! update was found:

Installed Joomla! version 3.2.3
Latest Joomla! version 3.3.0

Run the update, and then checking the database:

Database table structure is up to date.

Other Information

• Database schema version (in #__schemas): 3.3.0-2014-04-02.
• Update version (in #__extensions): 3.3.0.
• Database driver: mysqli.
• 83 database changes were checked successfully.
• 137 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.

Seems to be ok (?)

Yes its okay , if all features are working fine .
But next time please take a backup of your site before update and check the compatibility of template
