HI
Can someone tell me if this is a major problem or not. I do get errors when posting some articals but they still seem to post ok.

I have reserched the errors and they seem to be related to the below message in the extension manager database check.

Database schema version (2.5.4-2012-03-19) does not match CMS version (2.5.1).

The site is a very long term large project so I need to know the following.

1. Is this a major problem,?. Do I need to start over befor I get to far into the project
2. How do I correct it.? It does give errors when posting so I need to correct it as I will have quite a number of Administrator.

Did you try to fix the database, with the database tab under extensions manager?

Did you face this issue after upgrading to new version of Joomla or after installing template?

If after installing, could I know how did you install this template- use quickstart package or install template separately?

HI there,

Did you install version 2.5.1 and upgrade to 2.5.4? because I tried to download and install quickstart package of this JA Teline IV template with sample data but not have that error.

No, I did not do any upgrade of Joomla, is there a way to fix this without starting over.

Problem Solved
For Anyone Else that runs into this issue.

I had not option but to start again.
The issue was caused when I used the Quickstart Package to install the Templete and Data.

I had already installed a blank Joomla install in the database 2.5.4
I had wrongly assumed that when I clicked to deleate the tables during the install, That this was going to happen without error.
