Published time appears minus 7 hrs. I have set it in Global configuration yet it wouldn’t solve the issue.
Any fix for this? http://ogoninews.com

You need combine both way below

+ Go to Global configuration set with your local time
+ Contact with system administrator on your hosting configure php.ini file with

date.timezone = your local time
