I changed the date format in my system configuration to %m-%d-Y. Everything looks good. I made a NEW “Resume” field with a date format.

Yet, you still have to enter the date as year-month-day in order for it to show up month-day-year. But, on the “Resume List” (I added this new date field to the the view), the date shows up year-month-day with hours, minutes, and seconds. I have no idea why.

And, it seems the date-calendar function doesn’t work b/c when I try that, the icon won’t launch or if it does, it populates the field with some odd number instead of the date I chose.

Anything that can be done to:

    1. Allow people to enter the date m-d-Y instead of Y-m-d?

    2. Get the m-d-Y format to show in the Resume List? It shows up the way I want everywhere else, just not on the custom Field list I made for view Resumes.

    Thank you!

Hi again, I tried using the date-calendar field type with a “new” field. It works on the new posting form, I thought it was fixed…

but then when I “preview” it, it reverts back 0000-00-00 00:00:00. Any advice would be appreciated!
