have fixed it,
open modules/MOd-ja_bulentin/tmpl/default.php
Line 15:
<br /><span><?php echo JHTML::_('date', $item->date, JText::_('DATE_FORMAT_LC4')); ?></span>

replace:

<br /><span><?php echo JHTML::_('date', $this->article->created, JText::_('DATE_FORMAT_LC2')) ?></span>

You can use LC2 or LC4 for your site.
