Try to recompile less to css from backend template manager , i see other articles working fine on your website only this specific article is not loading correct css
If this doesn’t solve your problem you can share as private reply a temp super user account to your backend and i will have a look at your configuration.

Nothing is wrong with article itself , but i think your website was hacked
Take a look at the image below , it adds external links to the internal pages
Try to ask to your hosting provider to verify your files and also try to disable all external 3rd party extensions like facebook plugins or blocking css and js load plugins that you installed on your website
