If any know what could this be happening?

its seems like page not loading the css .
Can you please check the directory permission on your server .
For template and T3-assets Folder .

can you please check the hosting company that Apache Rewrite Module is enabled or not. If not enabled please enable.

Hello, my server is in Godaddy, i just called and they told me that the Apache Rewrite Module is enabled by default.
