May 21, 2008 at 6:57 pm #250042Thus far, your site looks good – you’ve got all the basics down.
It does seem a bit lackluster, though, in terms of a “grab factor” for surfing users. As a constructive suggestion, research some of the more successful flower selling sites (as well as, perhaps, some of your local and/or regional competitors) and see how they present their websites.
For example . . .
http://www.flowersdirect.com/10908/
and here is a non-Joomla template I remembered seeing years ago . . . (as a somewhat fetching layout example)

June 17, 2008 at 11:24 am #254107The world cut flower industry is a highly dynamic industry and
Indian companies have now become one among the leading
growers and exporters fvarious cut flowers including roses,
carnations, gerberas, etc., The origin of production, production
techniques, arkets and retailing arrangements are all
ndergoing continuous change, challenging the adaptive
capacity of the actors involved. In a slowly but steadily growing
world market new veloping country exporters are gaining
market share at the expense of existing roducers. These
producers try to stay ahead by raising productivity and through
diversification and innovation to keep their quality standards.
