You can try to increase RAM but i guess that you probably have to fine tune your server.
What’s the average load on your server and how many users (concurrent) you have on your site ?

The average number of concurrent users is 30-40 with peaks of 90-100.

I do not understand “average load”.

Fine tune? I’m sure you’re right. But what do I say to them?

average load = Server Load for 1min 5min 15 min

Fine tune= Tweak MySQL – PHP

With the average of 100 users you shouldn’t have any problem on this server!

I am between the anvil and the hammer. The admin server tells me that it is the fault of the template very heavy, but all say me (and I think that is correct) that to speed up the site must be set the server properly.

In the middle, me (ignorant in computer science), I do not know how to fix this situation.

    Sorry for bad english.

    Giuseppe,

Let’s see how your site will go after i upgrade your site and then i will try to provide to you a proper suggestion about your server.
( it will take me some days since i am quite busy this time but i will try to do my best for you! )

    Regards
