Greetings.
On my site, each registered user has a corresponding category (category name = username). I used this technique to set up a blog roll. Everything works great, but I’d like to modify the category dropdown to preselect a category based on the current user’s username. There are no circumstances under which a user should be publishing to any category other than the one that is meant for them.
If I could set the default, I could then hide the whole category dropdown in ja_submit.html.php and eliminate posting errors (or mischief).
I’ve scoured the forum, but can’t find any hints on how to accomplish this. Any assistance or guidance will be appreciated.
