Hi there,
after I updated the Ja Travel Template to 2.5.3 the default color theme is suddenly changed to blue. Also I cannot show the profile tools in the frontend

You can configure it back from JA Travel Template as follow:
<blockquote>Admin -> Extensions ->Template Manager->Edit JA_Travel – Default->Profiles Tabs</blockquote>

Remember to clear cache from Admin area

Of course I did that. And of course I klicked the JAT3 Clean Cache.
Anyhow the template shows blue. But the default was red.

I have checked the problem on your site but i could not duplicate the same your mention right now it’s working with default color on JA Travel template, see the screenshot
