How do I get to the Default page with the ‘Main Content Here’ and ‘Sidebar’ options? I have the latest version of JA Builder.

Hi
Create a Menu > Type > Single Article save it.
Now open the Menu item on Front end and Edit the page using JA Builder.
You will see the options: http://prntscr.com/f04lz9
I just created a test menu for you on your site.
Kindly have a look on it.

I had not added Article pages to start. This is obvious now but I still want to add the sidebar to the other pages that I prepared from the front end only. I will work on figuring this out based on the solution that you provided, Thanks for your help.
