Hi All
It’s late, I’m tired and can’t find the answer to this one.

Please look at screenie and tell me where these links are. I have turned off all links, killed off footer and still can’t identify them.

Indeed, when you are tired you better not try to solve these issues. When you wake up all becomes clear and simple.
In this case you can unpublish modules in position footnav (a menu which is called Top Menu!), and breadcrumb.
But than not all is OK; still there is a default hard-coded text “YOU ARE HERE”.
To delete it open file ja_purity_ii/layouts/block/footer.php
Line 5 you discover the line with the hard code (‘You are here’); delete the text, or delete the whole div for the breadcrumb.
