I can’t access back-end of your site and don’t know corporate layout in JA Charity template.

But you remove component and message via blocks file in this directory: templates/ja_charity/tpls/blocks/

Just find and remove these lines of code:
<jdoc:include type=”component” />
<jdoc:include type=”message” />
