Hi
You can turn off the sharing tools and the Typo tools from template options > General tab.
Here is documentation.

For change the text open the file root/languge/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_magz_ii.ini
Find
```
TPL_INFINITY_NO_MORE_ARTICLE = "That's All"
```
and change it.
