Tried the demo install on another site and get this error:

What would cause this?

Status is: it gave me that error when I tried to install the demo on another site.

This other site is using just the Jomsocial toolbar for navigation…maybe that messed something up?

We could not inspect the root of issue as your host is down and unaccessible.

Pls advise ASAP or provide more info on the matter

Sorry this other site is not public yet and is behind a company firewall. So since JAVoice will only show an install error mentioned above, I guess it cannot be installed, or purchased for them. Was worth a try anyways.

I had installed Jomsocial, Kunena, and other extensions without error on their site, so JAVoice must require something different the others don’t … jav_ajax_url_login.

Anyways you can close this thread and I will delete JAVoice demo from that site.
