Is there anyway to get your forum to look like the demo site without using the quick start? If I use the quick start that means I would lose everything that I posted up to date on my site like all the content or just the database info?

I have over a years worth of content on my site, so the qucikstart isn’t really an option. I’ve got everything working, except the background color behind the section / cat’s headers…rather than just look like a tab that’s only as long as the length of the word, they are filling the entie column. Nothing big, I find it looks cleaner the other way. I would appreciate any help.
