Hi there,

I checked out this thread http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/department-and-social-info-on-doctor-pages/ but still have questions.

My url http://www.theomeijersport.com joomla 3.0

I want to keep the social icons on the homepage, like this

I want to remove the social icons from the article , here they are

What I did and does’nt work :

> I set in de category from the articles ” onze diensten ” (change the name “Doctors”into “onze diensten”) in the tab extra fields on “geen” (is dutch for none) see

results : the social icons are still there on the homepage and on the articles , how come ?

> Then I change the text in en-GB.tpl_ja_medicare.ini , like this

Results: the text is still there, changed nothing , How comes this ?

and yes I cleaned my browser after the changes !!

With other words I do’nt get it anymore !!

somebody can help me ?

Hi Rob,

You can try to do this way

+ Add all social links into article

+ Remove the social icons in the detail article

Open templates/ja_medicare/css/custom.css file and add new rule


.item-page .social-info-wrap {
display: none;
}
