    Hi there,

    I have a question regarding the “doctor” pages in JA-Medicine (see image attached). I would like to change “Department” into a different word. Also, I would like to remove “Social info” on the pages. Can you help me with that?

    Thank you in advance.

    Cheers, Balling

    Did you check out the documentation? Point 4. Content type settings explains this.

    Hi you can control it from
    Go to Administrator –> Content –> Categories–> Our doctors category–> Extra Fields tab –>Select “Extra Field Group” is Doctors

    after that
    Go to Administrator –> Content –> Articles–> Open any article in Our doctors category –> Open Extrafield Layout

    Edit the extra fields as per your need
    Hope it helps

    Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, the problem is still there. I would like to change “Department” into something else. This also applies for “Social Info”.

    Hello did you applied the solution that i mentioned in my above post ??

    Go to Administrator –> Content –> Categories–> Our doctors category–> Extra Fields tab –>Select “Extra Field Group” is Doctors

    after that
    Go to Administrator –> Content –> Articles–> Open any article in Our doctors category –> Open Extrafield Layout

    see this is the article >> Lynn Lambert >> http://prntscr.com/4np9b7

    Now i just removed the extra field information >>> http://prntscr.com/4np9nn

    Save article , clear cache and you can see the social info and department is removed from article as you want .
    >>> http://prntscr.com/4npa7k

    before removing the field article is like this >> http://prntscr.com/4npano
    Hope its clear now 🙂

    Let me know if there is any confusion .

    Thank you again, but I want to change “Department” into a different word (in Dutch). So in this case “Department” should become “Functie”.

    Social Info automatically stays when something is written at department.

    Hello you can change the word department from language file .
    Go to languageen-GBen-GB.tpl_ja_medicare.ini

    find >> Department and change it as per you need . see this >>> http://prntscr.com/4npiop

    I have done the above:
    Go to Administrator –> Content –> Categories–> Our doctors category–> Extra Fields tab –>Select “Extra Field Group” is Doctors

    after that
    Go to Administrator –> Content –> Articles–> Open any article in Our doctors category –> Open Extrafield Layout

    I cleared out the text in “department” but it is still showing on my article. Can you tell me what I have done incorrectly?

    Screenshots are attached:

    I don’t want to change the word department as in one post, I just want it removed and not showing.

    I did follow the directions above that I copy/pasted into the post I created. I removed the text within the department area as stated, but the title “Department” is still showing up on the article in my site. (the other fields that don’t have information are not showing as they should)

    If I am not following something above, let me know but I thought I had done the steps.

    I didn’t find that code in the languageen-GBen-GB.tpl_ja_medicare.ini (I went through the template then into languageen-GBen-GB.tpl_ja_medicare.ini

    I do see this code:
    =”Curabitur semper vitae pede facilisis non Curabitur.”
    TPL_VIEW_MORE_INFO =”View more”
    TPL_DEPARTMENT =”Department”
    TPL_VIEW_CATEGORIES
