Hi,

You can find and change the content value into templates/ja_university_t3/css/template.css file

.department-list ul.department-list li.icon-2 a:before {
  content: "\f0d6";
}
.department-list ul.department-list li.icon-3 a:before {
  content: "\f07a";
}

Because your site uses with blue theme and you have to change it from templates/ja_university_t3/local/css/themes/blue/template.css file

Look at my screenshot with highlight below and still see you changed from templates/ja_university_t3/css/template.css file and not blue theme as I said here
