yes the template does not include the all the icons packs . You need to download the icon package and then add the style code of the icon in the file
/templates/ja_healthcare/fonts/flaticon/font/flaticon.css

This style u will find in the icon package css file .

Please try this way
Add the icon downloaded folder in the /fonts folder in template like http://prntscr.com/as23k1
templates/ja_healthcare/fonts/flaticon folder and the way to load it from templates/ja_healthcare/etc/assets.xml file
Then http://prntscr.com/as22sg

Hi
we have choose a no. of icons that can be used in the theme of a Medical template .
You can use the suggested way to add new icon in the list . The code f100 is code of icon that is used to display the icon, its coded by the icon team .
Let me know if still the icon not showing after adding the icon pack in template .
