Hello aleksi2004,
Ja Slideshow supports the ability to show the photos in a selected folder. With this option, you have to set the description for each item. This is an example:

<h3>My slide show</h3>
<p>This is my slideshow</p>[/PHP]
There are the image, the url and the description for each item. You can change the url as you like. You have to fill these information to show the descriptions. And one thing you should never forget is to select Description only at the Show Description option below.

hi,

can someone please explain how to set the parameters for descriptions in the slideshow module in Methys? this is really unclear in the user guide. i’ve tried huypl’s solution in this thread, as well as the setting recommended in the user guide, and i still can’t seem to get any description to appear on my slideshow images. also, the Readmore text appears even though i have it set to show “Description Only.”
