Hello Guys

I have finally uploaded my site (url) and need some help to do 3 things :
1. Increase the Font size of the mainnav text
2. Reduce the space above the first horizontal line or below the logo
3. And if possible, move the header up a notch

I have attached the current look of the section and I want to get the desired look as in the other attachment. The default size of the mainnav text is too small and want to increase and or change the font to be bigger and bold. How to do this?

About the layout issue in that blocks you need to have only 3 positions active
