Everttime i clear my clear my ie cache my website shows up in the mobile version, how do i ensure that the site shows as a desktop version when i view via a desktop ?

I have two sites that are showing this

http://www.digidezines.com and http://www.paderborn-equestrian-centre.eu

Please can some one help as I need to get this issue resolved.

I just tried in all browsers/my iphone and it is working fine. What version of ie are you using?
