Hi all,

We’ll, one of my weak points are SEO/SEF url’s. I use SH404SEF and had no problems in the past but this one, i can’t fix.

For some reason, if you go under “MTHS Robotics” and click “mentors or accomp or/and courses”

you’ll receive this in the url: http://team1778.com/?task=ARTICLE-NAME.htm

Where the “ARTICLE-NAME” is replaced with the article name 🙂

I wanted to know if any users expereinced this problem and if so, please do tell the solution.
Its only having problems under the “MTHS Robotics.” item menu I tried creating a new menu item but with no avail.

I Have NOT Fixed yet

the issue is when the user clicks on “Mentors” under MTHS ROBOTICS menu item. (top menu)
the url i get is http://team1778.com/?task=team-mentors.htm and it routes me to the home page.

How can i fix this url so it routes me to the http://www.team1778.com/content/team-mentors.htm ??

Hello,

Please try again with the Team mentors menu item now it should be working now.

It looked like your category “content” was causing that 404sef did not create the url’s correctly.

I have created a new category “newcontent” and moved the team mentor article in there and now it works.

So try to move the articles from the “content” category to the “newcontent” or a different one, and clear the 404sef cache. This should solve your problem.

Yes, thats seems to have solved the problem!

Thanks mate.

Recap:
1) I deleted the category that all those articles were saved under and created a new category.
2) switched all articles from the 1st cat. to the 2nd.
3) Cleared out my Cache from sh404sef by disabling then re-enabling.

BAM!!!

it worked!
