I contacted you throught your contact page but I assume you are very busy and have not had a chance to reply. My question is simple. I am designing a site for a client and want to use your template on a single domain. Does the fact that I am designing for a 3rd party mean I require a Developers licence or is standard license ok for my purposes?

Thanks for any clarification you can provide.

When you sign up for an account you also have to specify which domain the template will be used on. As far as I can tell there are no restrictions as to whether or not you can apply this template to a client or any site you want. But you can only apply the template to one site only. 🙂
Let us know the final result when you create the site.

Yes, I also agree with ErikThorsen’s comments, however if you do design websites for numerous clients, I would suggest looking into a Developer’s license as it would prove cheap in the long run.
