QuickStart installation. Trying to switch to Development Mode. Save. OK. The template is in the dev mode, as I understand. But thereis a white page instead.
I’m working on local server. What is wrong?

# For development i would suggest to turn on display error ALL . It would help you to find out any php issues.

i had the same problem, was a memory problem:
Open the php.ini then configure as below
post_max_size = 750M
upload_max_filesize = 750M
memory_limit=750M
check the system requir
