Hi!

I wanted to ask if development mode should be on or off. If I turn it off, all my css tears apart and site is a mess. Then I have to turn it on and the use of LESS makes my site terribly slow

What are you doing to boost your site loading time? Every analysis tell me that I need to compress and minify a lot of LESS and CSS files. I have compression on but results are not different in terms of loading time.

Do you suggest some configuration?

Hi Davilafran,

If you enable development mode, your site will load LESS files first to compile to CSS files. That’s why the site speed is quitely slow.
If you disable this mode, your site will load better because the css file will be loaded only. But each times, you make changes in LESS files, you need to click Compile LSS to CSS in order to adust changes.
