I installed quickstart package and now I can’t access my website directly http://www.legacymtc.com

I have to type http://www.legacymtc.com/jatc_methys/administrator

What did I do wrong? Please Help!!

Unfortunately yes. You need to uplad all the files as per the image below into your root folder. You cannot just move them now you have installed however without editing a couple of files. Or you can empty your database and directory and try again.

Hi Phil, thanks for the quick response. So do I delete everything? or just that folder?

When I Install again, which folder on the live server should I install in?

Yep, just delete everything but make sure you also delete the database using phpmyadmin or whatever tool your host provide.

If you run into trouble just ask and I will take a look for you.

Thank you! I had installed the whole jatc_methys folder instead of opening and selecting all files and folders.
