Hi,

I can not get Mendozite installed.

I even can not get K2 properly installed.

The Guide is so poor and the ticket-support in bad and slow.
They even so give my a refund!

Anybody out, who can help by chat or phone?

Hello Mark,

I’m sorry with all inconvenient that you got when using our products.

It was weekend, so we can’t fully support you.

I have tried to download JA Mendozite and installed it but didn’t face any problem. So could you tell me more detail about the problem that you got, and also with the capture so I can help you out ?
