I cannot login with filezilla , i will ask to one of my collegues if they have same issue and will let you know about it

Also if you have a cpanel access you could share it and i will update all needed files directly on your host .

There was a misunderstanding , i need of your cpanel access – the interface used by your host to manage your domain – files – configuration , etc etc i do not need your website url .
