Maybe this has been discussed several already but my search could not find.

I am not sure how to put the template? SHould I select quickstart or installer?

A thread on top of downloads page can help providing general guidelines.

If you would like to install the template to an already installed copy of Joomla!, use the installer copy. If you would like an exact copy of the demo at (http://www.joomlart.com/templates_demo.php) then I would suggest using the quickstart zip file and use it in replacement of the normal Joomla! installation zip file available from http://www.joomla.org

To which folder should I upload all the installer files and initiate the installation? I would not prefer quickstart as I have already installed my joomla.

Do not extract the file. Go to the admin area, to the installations area and proceed with installation there.
