Hello!
Is there a way to set up different styles (via template.css or custom.css) for each language? I am talking about different color or scale of the megamenu or other modules.

Hi there

You can create new themes following documentation HERE
Then you can create a new template style assigning to it your new theme and make it as default template for your language
