I would like to use different templates for different pages. In the Profile Override Settings, All Page is set to Default (Light-Color), page 2 is set to Dark-Blue and page 3 is set to Dark-Red. Enable Development Mode is set to Yes. When I view the site, each page uses the Light-Color template.

Left it for a couple hours and it now works. Life is good, albeit somewhat confusing at times.

I have tested the Profile Override feature, it worked well at my end. I guess your issue was due to browser cache and cookie issue. If encounter it again, please try to clear cookie, cache or open the site on other browsers.
