I just boarded in JA. I tried to iinstall my site as ja-biz example site, but… no success.

I have followed all instructions given here and here.

Hi

The best way as first approach to Joomlart templates is to install it via quickstart

Here you can find an exhaustive userguide on how to install it

I have already installed the quisckstart. My problem is not on how to install joomla or MySQL. I am not able to see my site just how it looks in your demo site.

When you install quickstart it is recommended to install also sample data

Your website has no content inside because you haven’t installed sample data at the end of quickstart procedure

Please start again from scratch and repeat the whole procedure remembering to install sample data

I am a little bit confused. I have downaloaded and installed quicktart from extensions –>download–>install. It is clear I am wrang somewhere.

Could you please assist and direct me on how I have to install sample data?

Quickstart cannot be installed via Joomla extension manager

You need to follow another procedure

1) download the quickstart version of the file
from Joomlart servers

2) Extract it on your local then upload all files on your servers

3) Create a new database

4) go to your website address ( http://www.yoursite.xxx) and the installation will start with a guided step

5) When requested install sample data

P.S. If you are not able to install it on your own we provide an installation service at 40$ fee maybe you can think to this solution also
