When I logon to edit, I can edit the first time e.g edit an article

then I finished editing, then find out I need to edit again, usually it will not allow me to edit and say that I do not have permission to edit.

I clear the cache and check in and still does not work.

The solution I find it I have LOG OFF and then wait about a few minutes, then LOGON, then I can edit

Any solution here?

Hi
This seems your browser cache issue , you can clean your browser cache and cookies then log in and edit the article .
I do not face such issue except the if article has a lock icon , you can to clear checklist . Or click on lock icon before open it .
