If you are referring to the four badges in home page, you can unpublish the CMS custom-html module published in user1 position

goto this file /templates/ja_zite/css/k2.css starting from line 2212 you have the settings for all items badges Facebook Youtube flickr
so for example youtube
.youtube div.catItemImageBlock span.item-badge {
background-position: 0 -300px;
display: none; <-------------------------add this line of code
}Same thing for other badges
