Hi,

In my efforts to improve the loading speed and the SEO score, I am using Jpeg Tran compression for all images. The results are great and Google’s response is amazing. Imagine that after one month’s work, I have manage to be #3 result in google.com and #1 result in google.gr in the main keyword “dogbows” and #1 in secondary keywords. However, VM keeps messing with the compression of the resized images so after a while, all resized images revert back to bad rate compression and my loading time and Googles Page score starts dropping.
I tried disabling “Enable Dynamic Thumbnail Resizing” VM option, however it results to not loading all product images correctly. The strange thing is that it does not happen with all images. Please have a look at the following screen caps:

Is it possible to do something to fix this? Or even better change the VM’s compression algorithm to use Jpeg Tran, instead of the default one?

This comes from the default feature of VM, I think that you should submit the same thread into VM’s forum to get best answer.
