i want to disable the ja news fp …ive already disabled ja news… i want to just use the default joomla frontpage…but i want to keep the ja news module position…is this possible and how would i go about doing this?

if i unpublish ja news fp which is being used now i get blank fp where the article’s should go…

Please edit index.php(templates/ja_teline_ii folder)
Search those lines:

<?php if(!$tmpTools->isFrontPage()) : ?>
<jdoc:include type="component" />
<?php endif; ?>
Change to


<jdoc:include type="component" />

hey i made the change and i lost the ja news mod position above the default joomla frontpage— i had placed a custom mod above it… is it possible to keep to position so my custom mod is above the article/s…
