Hello,

I am using the featured article category to display some gifs with some text on my home screen. I know that I can use some custom HTML to place these gifs on the home page but I like the hover response that this template provides.

Basically, I am wanting to disable the linking nature of the preview. I just want to be able to hover and have the article title displayed as it currently is, but just have the ability to click on the gif disabled.

I have tried to turn the "linked titles" value to no and that still did not work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Blake,

You should disable the option Linked Titles under ‘home’ menu item of your site: http://prntscr.com/aakusc

In Joomla, the settings of menu item page will be used in priority, then Global Configuration and Articles.
