Is it possible to disable the Tablet and the XTablet layouts in JA Mitius template?
I would like to keep the mobile layouts and after 480px width to display the normal layout which is currently set at 980px width.

I’m afraid it is not possible to disable the layout that way. By default, you can only disable all responsive layouts include: mobile, table layout from RESPONSIVE option: OFF from back-end in JA Mitius Template (Go to Administrator -> Extensions -> Template Manager -> Ja Mitius -> General Tab -> set Enable responsive to OFF -> Save)
