In my earlier post you where right when a person clicks on the video play button on the home page the popup video plays and after a video stops it automatically switch to the next video.

Now here is where the problem lies, if a person clicks on the article link instead, it redirect them to the article and when they click on the video play button on the article page this is where the YouTube Related Videos Shows, and once the video ends the Youtube Related Videos shows, and by clicking on any of the options within the Video Player a consumer is redirected to YouTube!

It doesn’t matter which article a person reviews when the video stops playing YouTube Related Videos shows. Check Joomlart own Demo! Click on the Article Title instead of the Video Play Button and you will be redirected to the article and once the video on that page gets finish playing YouTube Related Video Shows!

Now for the second time how do I disable the YouTube Related Video option! What file do I need to edit to disable or to stop YouTube Related Videos from showing in order to keep my members on my website! please try to find a fix for this bug or problem without asking Joomlart Members to wait another week for something that should have been planned out before releasing this template. Who in the their right mind would want to installed a plugin that redirects it members away from their website!

bigger problem is the error that I ma getting when trying to play the demo videos on my site and Joomlart in Chrome! When trying to play a video any video in Chrome (my Site and Joomlart) I am getting the following errors and the video does not show or play!

What I get on my site:

It doesn’t matter which site I use the video player that you have installed into Joomlart Template doesn’t work well in Chrome! And I see you have this video Player in the last 4 templates and no matter which one I try I get the same error messages as above.

And I know I am not the only one thats going through this… I directed more than 30 people to your demo site and everyone that tried a template in chrome got the same error message as I did. So how many people are unable to view your video content is needed before you fix, update or change to a more stable video player!

And for the record my clients determines the template I use. And I have always been able to find one on Joomlart to meet my clients needs with minimum adjustments . But to h6 of my clients call me complaining about the Video Component not working in Chrome forces me to start looking for another template company to work with.

please keep in mind just like Joomlart is in business to make money and grow its company so am I. And for the first time since 2008 I am joining another template company in order to make sure I am not placed at risk because of something that does not work within Joomlart Product.

Just look at the last 5 templates that Joomlart placed the current htlm5 Video Player in and then logon to your own demo site in Chrome and try to play any video in the last 5 Template and you will get the same error as me and the people I directed to your demo. I have provided you with the error message I got and image of the video window but giving you access to my clients website is not something I am not able to do. You don’t need access to any Joomart Member website open Chrome and try to play or view a video in any of the template where you have the HTML5 Video Player in….

Hi,

As I can see that you posted the solution by updating new version for the player and it works now.

May I know in which PCs (mac or windows) I can replicated the issue? so our developer can take a look, it should work with version 7.0 though.
