Hi all,

I’ve been working with the la larix template for a while now. My latest version was Joomla 1.0.15 and VM 1.1.2. Because I had to migrate to Joomla 1.5 and the old version had a lot of bugs I decided to start al over again. So this week I downloaded the latest Quickstart for Joomla 1.5.

The prices when discounted in virtuemart dont show up in red with a line through them on both the virtuemart featured products or the ja vm product slider but if you click and go to the product page both the slider and virtuemart featured products then have the red price with line through.

I found 2 solutions: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/discounted-product-problem/

1. Publish the all in one module on the front page. That makes all the other modules which showed the prices work ok. But I don’t want to publish the all in one module on my frontpage.
2. Install the plugin “VM mainframe “ plugin for Joomla 1.5 and published it. This solution worked fine until the “add to cart buttons” disappear in the virtueMart featured products on the frontpage.

Is there a way to publish the VM mainframe en still have add to card buttons in my featered products?

problem 2 on this thread will help but you’ll need to change the path to suit larix.

Hi Scotty,

Thanks for your post. But unfortunately it didn’t work for me.

With the help of the old thread I changed the patch to suit larix.

It helpt the discount problem but my “add to cart” button is still gone. (……/templates/ja_larix/images/button-addtocart.gif)

Any other ideas?
